Our Story

COBE Training isn’t your typical gym, and it was never meant to be.

Set in a converted horse stall garage on a Kingston farm, COBE was built from the ground up with a simple idea: create a space where people actually want to show up. A place that values hard work, real connection, and training that meets you where you’re at, whether you’re just getting started or chasing your next level.
As a family-run facility, everything we do is intentional. Our coach-led group classes bring structure, energy, and accountability. Our CrossFit and HYROX training programs are designed to challenge and evolve with you. And for those who prefer to move at their own pace, we offer the space and flexibility to train your way.
But what really sets COBE apart isn’t just the programming, it’s the people. Different ages, different backgrounds, different goals… all showing up, putting in the work, and building something bigger than themselves.
And it doesn’t stop at the garage doors. Step outside and you’ll find our outdoor basketball court, another place to train, play, and keep things fun.
No perfect time. No perfect starting point. Just a place to begin, and a community that keeps you going.

The Grounds

CLASSES

At COBE [Koh+Bee], you will experience a fitness community situated on a

50-acre farm on Kingston's East End. 

Coach-Led

Our Coach-Led classes provide a fully programmed, professionally guided training experience. Each session begins with a briefing of the workout and movement options to meet each athlete where they are, followed by a structured warm-up, skill progression, and a coached strength and conditioning workout. Every class is thoughtfully designed, supervised in real time, and scalable for all fitness levels—so whether you’re new or experienced, you’ll be challenged, supported, and progressing with purpose.

Train Together

These sessions are thoughfully designed and programmed yet self-directed, alongside your training partners. They’re an opportunity to stay consistent, train with others, and continue your fitness gains even when a coach isn’t leading the hour.

Open Gym

Open Gym offers flexible, self-directed training in a private gym space with access to all equipment. Members can follow their own program or use provided programming if they’re unsure what to do. It’s an opportunity to train at your own pace, without the need to share equipment or wait for space.
